Meet the Founder and President
Precious Norman Walton, CPCU, SHRM-CP, TRIP, AIC, AINS, ACS
I earned my first professional license as a Life and Health Insurance Producer in Louisiana in 2005. During pre-licensing, a remarkable instructor transformed dense material into engaging, memorable lessons using storytelling and visual learning. I passed my exam with confidence—and learned an enduring truth: how information is taught matters as much as what is taught.
That lesson shaped my career. Over the years, while completing annual continuing education, I noticed a common gap—many programs rely on subject-matter expertise without effective teaching. The result is education that checks a box but doesn’t stick.
With more than 20 years in the insurance industry, I’ve served as a Property Catastrophe Adjuster, Director of Underwriting, and Agency Owner. Paired with my SHRM-CP certification in Human Resources, this experience allows me to design education that is technically strong, engaging, and human-centered—because learning should be effective, relatable, and remembered.
This is why I created ELITE—to elevate professional learning by blending humor, storytelling, and real-world experience.
